Not exactly sure if I did it right but happy with my result. They were too “white” for my liking so I added chocolate. Who am I kidding? I wanted chocolate on them from the beginning. Hope everyone else had a good time with these.

Chocolate goes with anything – so have at it. Salted chocolate shortbread, now there you go…. nicely done, they look great!

Chocolate-great idea! I actually started eating the cookies with a bite of leftover Christmas chocolate. Next time I would love drizzle chocolate on top or dunk them.
